CEO Marketing Path Terms

By registering for CEO Marketing Path you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from CEO Marketing Path, you may only register for one CEO Marketing Path account.

You may not promote CEO Marketing Path in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting CEO Marketing Path in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your CEO Marketing Path account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using CEO Marketing Path. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. CEO Marketing Path is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to CEO Marketing Path, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your CEO Marketing Path account shall be suspended.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*No MLM (Multi Level Marketing)

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*CEO Marketing Path has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable. Such like those which look like ADMIN mails or any kind which looks like as being send by the system. If you send mails which don't comply with above rules or international law, your account shall be suspended.

* use GMAIL only, or whitelist CEO Marketing Path before you join.

Payments & Refunds

All payments made for credits, upgrades and all other purchases made are absolutely final and non refundable. If you have a problem with regards to any aspect of your purchase contact admin and they will be able to provide you with an answer normally within 48 hours. Refund requests will absolutely NOT be honored under any circumstances. Any payment Chargebacks and or payment disputes will result in the immediate suspension of your account and will likely result in your details being submitted for central banning across the LFM network. Commissions are paid purely for your direct referrals, you will receive said commission payments based on sales made only by those individuals whom you directly refer to WhiteList Email Marketing.

To get paid you have to provide a recent Paymentl ID. Payments will be made after your Request. If you haven't provided your Paymemtl ID within 3 month after reaching the payout minimum, or if your account got suspended your commission will be lost. Suspended accounts can be deleted at any time. The payout minnimum is as stated at your members pages.

As a FREE member if you do not login to your account for over 6 months your commission balance will be set to Zero.
